Shipping Policy

At Veliccio, we want your order to reach you quickly, reliably, and with clear updates along the way.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand to other regions in the future.

2. Free UK Shipping

Shipping is free on all UK orders. There is no minimum spend, and no shipping fees will be added at checkout.

3. Processing Times

Orders are processed within up to 48 hours, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. During particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

4. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.

5. Tracking

A tracking link will be sent to your email address as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can use this link to follow your parcel through to delivery.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may occasionally vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we will look into it for you.
