At Veliccio, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If Veliccio does not feel like the right routine for you within 60 days of receiving your order, simply get in touch and we will arrange a refund.
This guarantee applies even if you have started using Veliccio. You do not need to return unopened product to claim your refund under this guarantee. Please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we will help.
2. Standard Returns
If you change your mind and would like to return an unopened, unused order, you may do so within 60 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all components
To start a return, please email us at hello@veliccio.com with your order number and a brief reason for returning. Our team will respond within one working day with the next steps.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@veliccio.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and, where possible, a photograph showing the issue.
In these cases we will cover the return shipping cost and arrange either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your order, please get in touch at hello@veliccio.com. Where the item is in stock and eligible, we will be happy to help arrange an exchange.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction. If you have not received your refund within 15 working days of approval, please contact us at hello@veliccio.com and we will look into it straight away.
6. How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Email us at hello@veliccio.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Our team will reply within one working day with return instructions.
- Send the item back using a tracked service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage.
- Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will confirm your refund or exchange by email.
7. Your Statutory Rights
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer protection law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
